One of my favorite Italian spots for dinner. The food is always good, and the specials always offer a great value. I've never left regretting my choice to eat here. Every waitress I've ever had here was always amazing. They treat you like family.
My wife and I had our first date here in 2018 and have been frequent customers ever since. They make a great cup of pasta e fagioli and you can’t miss picking one of their pasta entrees. Would highly recommend for dine in or takeout.
Atmosphere was very nice, Calamari tender and full of wonderful flavor (heavy on the garlic tomato sauce which was amazing), my Eggplant parm also delicious! Rigatoni was good, but not compared to the other dishes... Server staff was not friendly at all, they did their job but were not personable, which goes along way towards making someone want to return.
Incredible! We had not been in years and it is still fantastic! It has to be the best BYOB in Montgomery County! Service was very special.. Evelyn treated us to bruschetta on the house for our anniversary The jambalaya pasta was over the top . Jumbo shrimp and chicken Alexandra was a 10/10. Topped it off with a cannoli and a Tartufo and cappuccino’s 30 years we’ve been coming to this place and it is still a little south Philly right there in Horsham
Good value, good food. Discount for paying in cash. Small spot with tightly packed seating. I’m not sure I would want to be there with a full house, as all the tables are pushed very close together. We were there on a Friday night, and dining room was perhaps ⅔ full, and did not feel crowded, though our table was tiny. Parking lot can be tight. Worse bread by far of any local Italian restaurant. It had the consistency of sponge cake. Do not order the bruschetta, as it will be constructed with this bread which quickly becomes soggy. Bruschetta toppings were pretty good. Tomatoes had better flavor than typical supermarket tomatoes, but not as good as garden tomatoes. Pancetta was fine; mozzarella was good quality, though not on the level of a mozzarella di bufala or burrata. The portabella mushroom appetizer was delicious. Topped with crabmeat, mozzarella, and roasted peppers. I did not notice the crabmeat, but all the flavors came together very well. It was awkwardly served in a soup tureen. Chicken Maddalena is a winner. The wine sauce was flavorful and sun-dried tomatoes plentiful. This dish uses thin chicken cutlets, which can become chewy, but in this case they were tender and cooked perfectly. Grilled Red Snapper special: Good, though not a memorable dish. Lots of spinach, maybe a little crab meat in there somewhere, and large artichoke hearts that were more of a side rather than a part of the dish. Overall not disappointing, but probably would order something different next time.
